I want to know how can I calculate how much tax I pay at the end since I know it’s not taken away but at the end I pay all of it? I just want to know how all that works? Thanks.

Download the Form 1040-ES package from the IRS website. The worksheets will help you to estimate your income and taxes so that you can make the quarterly estimated tax payments correctly. If your total tax liability will be more than $ 1,000 you MUST make quarterly estimated payments. If you wait until you file to pay, you’ll be hit with penalties and interest for underpayment of estimated taxes.
BTW, you don’t fill out a 1099. The company that pays you will send you one at the end of the year. It’s up to you to keep accurate financial records of your income and expenses and verify the numbers that the company puts on the 1099.

I am resigning from my current company because my co-workers and my boss are discriminating against me.
Every night when I leave work, I feel so demoralized, miserable, unappreciated, and discriminated. This is a terrible feeling that can even destroy my self-esteem if I stay at this company any longer. Also, the company is a mess and everyone passes off problematic-work to me just because they know that I am new and I can’t say no. I get blamed for everything, even the boss knows of this situation. The boss, however, is always on the other’s side and never back me up or help me solve any issues. I’ve had it; and, now, I’m looking for another job.

Blame it on everyone other than yourself.
If anyone calls you out on it, replay “You’re not the boss of me!”, rip off your clothes, and dive through the nearest window, then take off running once you hit the ground.
You may not get the job but perhaps a Hollywood talent scout will notice you and offer you a job.
