Question: Any experience with answering a “work at home” employment ad? Good? Scams? Warnings?
I have noticed several that require an ‘investment’. I have heard of some that sound like a carnival game, that only pay off if you can do the impossible. Have you ever responded to a work at home ad that turned out to be profitable?
Smiley? How many pages do I have to go through before I find out what this job is about? Methinks if it was legit, you would say so up front.

Question: Are these “work at home” job listings just scams?
When I search for jobs in my area, most of the listings are “work at home and data entry” jobs. Are these legit or are they trying to scam us? I wish I could make $ 50/hr. answering survey questions. If they are in fact scams, why are they allowed on the job listing sites like monster and yahoo jobs?

ALL of those are scams. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is. If that was a real job, they wou;dn’t have to advertise for it…there would be a line of people trying to get it.

Question: What is the deal with “work at home” jobs? Are they for real? or Are they all scams?
I’d really like to work from home, doing some of the things i’ve seen advertised…such as mailing information, assembling products, any kind of data entry, but not spamming. I’m scared though because I don’t want to be scammed or tricked into something.

Question: What’s the truth behind these “work at home” internet ads? Can someone tell me w/c are real & w/c are scams?
The ads come complete with testimonials from allegedly satisfied people who registered and are now working at home and earning huge cash. In some ads you are required to make an investment like buy a CD or a kit. This makes me more suspicious.

If they want your money, for whatever reason, I’d give them a miss. If anyone was really recruiting home-workers they would supply what was needed without charge.

They’re mostly pyramid schemes, where you gain money from recruiting people into the program. Not worth it.
